***If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures or extreme heat , make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or any items for freezing, melting or any other damage cause by nature.

PLEASE NOTEALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. All items are sold as is.  Please double check everything in your cart. Warranties are not expressed or implied.

OUR ITEMS
We sell vintage items that will have signs of use/ware. While we will do our best to photograph & note any imperfections we may miss some from time to time.  
Our handmade or hand painted items will vary slightly.
Our boutique items are curated collections. Some of these items may be drop shipped to you. Please allow extra shipping/handling time for boutique items.

***SHIPPING***
Shipping is available for the 48 contiguous United States.  Furniture can be delivered in the 48 contiguous United States for an additional fee of $5.00 per mile. Furniture items are eligible for local pickup only at Sweet Creek Boutique & must be scheduled in advance.  Please contact us for a delivery/pickup date & price quote for delivery if needed prior to purchasing any furniture. Orders typically are shipped within 10 business days. New releases and sale items may take longer to ship due to demand. Handmade items may take up to three weeks. On occasion there are delays from shipping companies and weather that are out of our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International shipping can take up to 4 to 5 weeks with a possible customs delays. Any import fees, taxes, duties are not charged by us and will have to be paid for by the customer. We are not responsible for items that do not make it past customs.  No refunds will be given.

***DAMAGES***
Most of our products clean easily and will just require water and soap to clean off the items it leaked on. Damages or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS or any other service provider. If it is past the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and we will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. We will reship whatever is damaged if there are extra or we will send a refund if it is within 24 hours of it being delivered, but only as long as pictures are given to prove damage and you keep the box and product so the shipping company is able to pick it up so they can process the claim. Without the photos and package we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged. In those cases you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company to receive a refund. Email photos and name or order number to brokenarrowdesignsaz@gmail.com

***LOCAL PICK UPS***
You may choose to pickup your items locally at two of our locations: Sweet Creek, or The Collective. Your order may still take up to 10 business days or longer if handmade or boutique to be ready. You will receive an email when the order is available for pick up indicating the location you chose. Unclaimed local pick up orders will be returned to inventory after 6 days & the items will be forfeited. Please check the days & hours of the pickup location you choose to make it is going to work for your schedule. You will not be given a refund, store credit or any other compensation for items not picked up within the six days.
